Very Mild Retinitis Pigmentosa - Color Fundus

The above color fundus photos, are of a 19 year old male, presenting for an evaluation for retinitis pigmentosa. The patient has no visual symptoms and no complaints; however, his father, paternal grandmother, and two aunts from his fathers side, all have the disease. Upon initial examination, no bone spicule pigmentation was noted, but the arteries were noticeably thin (black arrows). Additional testing was ordered, and will be shown in further segments.
