Von Hippel - Lindau Syndrome-Bilateral Case

Above are Optos color fundus photos, of a 49 year old female, who is seen annually for monitoring of her Von Hippel-Lindeau Syndome. She has had numerous retinal angiomas treated with laser in the past, but has gone several years without any new presentation. Upon exam in 2015, angiomas were found in both left and right eyes, noted by the black circles. Patient was scheduled for focal laser ablation to both of the angiomas.
