Progression of Anomalous Disc Vessels over Time

Color fundus photos of an 8 year old male, who presented for routine examination having no complaints. First exam in 2012 noted anomalous disc vessels bilaterally right more prominent than left. The patient returned in 2014; similar findings were found bilaterally, however the anomalous vessels were found to have regressed on the right and worsened on the left. The patient had 20/20 vision in both eyes. Observation was recommended yearly.
