Sarcoidosis with 8 Year Follow-up

These images document the fundus changes of a 74-year-old female patient with sarcoidosis with ocular involvement. The 2011 OCT images were taken when she had uveitis macular edema. The red arrows highlight subretinal fluid in the left eye. The yellow arrows highlight cystoid macular edema in both eyes. Her edema resolved (see 2019 OCT images) with systemic control of her uveitis The yellow arrows in the 2019 OCT images highlight an epiretinal membrane of no visual significance. The teal arrows on the fundus photography indicate choroidal granulomas.
