Choroidal Nevus - Halo with 5 year follow-up

Shown are two color fundus photographs of a patient with a choroidal halo nevus. Five year follow-up is shown. The nevus has not changed from 2014 to 2019. Halo nevi have even less risk of transforming into a choroidal melanoma than do choroidal nevi without a halo. However, continued observation was suggested.
