Choroidal Nevus - Variegated

You should look at the Normal Retina photo first for comparison. This choroidal nevus has a more pigmented and a less pigmented component, thus it may be termed a variegated choroidal nevus. The various colorations have no prognostic significance as to whether or not the nevus will grow or transform into a melanoma.
