Albinism Carrier - Color Fundus and OCT
This montage is of a 55-year old female patient that is a carrier for X-linked ocular albinism. Her father and her son have the disease. The yellow arrows on the fundus photograph highlight extensive choroidal scarring and retinal pigment epithelial atrophy in the right eye from multifocal choroiditis, which is unrelated to her carrier state. The teal arrows highlight areas of RPE stippling. Additionally, an early stage lamellar macular hole is present in the left eye(red arrows).
