Stability Over Months of a Stage 1 Maular Hole (OD)

This is an OCT montage of the right eye of a 62-year-old female patient. The red arrow indicates a stage 1 macular hole. Note that the vitreomacular adhesion and stage of the hole does not change over 18 months of follow-up. An indication for surgery would be dropping vision and progression to a more advanced stage of the macular hole.
