Choroidal Melanoma - Optos Color Fundus

60-year old female, presented upon referral, asymptomatic, for evaluation of possible choroidal melanoma. The patient reported a last dilated eye exam of two years ago, in 2013. Dilated fundus exam revealed a medium sized mass, inferotemporally to the macula, with the border not affecting central vision. B-scan ultrasonography revealed dimensions of 10.7mm diameter and a height of 5.3mm. I-125 plaque therapy was recommended, opposed to enucleation at this time.
