Familial Exudative Vitreoretinopathy

Familial Exudative Vitreoretinopathy(FEVR) is a condition that develops when the eye develops in the womb. In this condition, the retina fails to vascularize. The blood vessels stop advancing and sometime leak fluid or even bleed, producing scar tissue.
