Histoplasmosis net - controlled with IV Avastin

Fluorescein angiogram and spectral domain optical coherence tomography images from a 49 year old woman with ocular histoplasmosis syndrome. The red arrow indicates a subretinal scar in the macula, decreasing vision to 20/125 OD. The blue arrow indicates a subretinal scar just temporal to the macula with active subretinal neovascularization that leaks fluorescein (yellow arrow). The line scan from the SD-OCT shows an intraretinal cyst(black arrow). Vision in the left eye is stable at 20/60 with monthly bevacizumab injections.
