Idiopathic Focal Choroidal Atrophy

Multimedia images from a patient with idiopathic focal choroidal atrophy. The yellow arrow on the triton color highlights the area of atrophy. The choroid is thinned locally and the sclera is focally thickened. There were no symptoms and observation only was recommended.
