Retinal Detachment with Macular Hole
This image is a SD-OCT of a 50 year-old female, presenting for possible uveitis and cystoids macular edema. Patient is followed by a glaucoma specialist, for pigmentary glaucoma, and complaining of gradual loss of visual field. Upon examination, large macular off retinal detachment was found. You can see the detachment in the above OCT, and notice the hole in the macula as well (orange arrow).
