Choroidal Hemangioma - Color Fundus
54 year old male, presenting for second opinion, regarding a mass in the right macula. Vision at time of exam was 20/200, and the patient reported slow visual decline over a 2 year period. Exam did show a large mass in the macula, diagnosed a choroidal hemangioma. The color fundus photo shows a large area, in the inferior macula which is elevated. The fovea does have subretinal fluid, indicated by the green arrow.
