Hydroxychloroquine Retinopathy - Misinterpretation of Visual Fields, Part A

These visual fields are taken from a 60 year old woman taking hydroxychloroquine for rheumatoid arthritis. She had suffered a stroke 8 years before and had been left with a left homonymous paracentral scotoma as shown in this image. With this baseline, look at the other images labeled as parts B-F to see what transpired as new visual field changes attributable to hydroxychloroquine toxicity were not recognized.
